If you elect to make a room reservation through our web site and do not have an established user profile, you will need to furnish your name, telephone number, billing address and credit card type, number and expiration date, in addition to the dates of your stay, the number of rooms you will require and the number of adults and children in your party. In order to permit us to serve you better, you will also be asked to furnish the following additional information, as applicable, although it is not required in order for you to obtain a reservation: your e-mail address, passport number, company or organization, your flight arrival details and whether you have any special requests. Once you have completed and submitted the online reservation form, the information included in the form is then automatically sent to our Reservation System. A guarantee or advance deposit may be required in order to secure your reservation. You will be given a reservation confirmation number by e-mail. The information you furnish when making a reservation will be used to fulfill your reservation and may be used as otherwise disclosed in this policy.

• Guarantee Policy
All reservations require credit card as guarantee which will be pre-authorized to verify.

• Amendments
Amendments or any changes to your reservation must be made through our office 1 day prior to check-in date. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part.

• Cancellation
By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no show policy of that hotel, and to any additional terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your

stay, including for services rendered by the hotel. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

• Cancellation Policy
Reservations other than advance payment rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 6pm one day prior to arrival. Thereafter, hotel will charge one night as late cancellation fee.

• Refund Policy
In the event you decide to cancel your booking/reservation, you may be entitled to a refund depending on the current policy in force of the hotel. In case of a NO SHOW, no refund will be made.
