Al-Ain City Tour

Al Ain, known as the Garden City is one of the oldest settlements in the region.


It is a stunningly green city with an incredible number of public parks and numerous green houses.


Al Ain is the agricultural sector of the Emirates as well as a university town. It is also the birth place of the President of the UAE.


First stop on this oasis town surrounded by red sand is to the most important museum in the UAE. Here you can see artifacts from a famous excavation site nearby, ancient Arabic manuscripts and royal treasures.


Next is a trip to the quaint camel market where you have a good opportunity to observe these extraordinary “ships of the desert”.


You continue the tour with a visit to the nearby oasis village of Buraimi at Omani territory, where you will also have your lunch.


The village is an exciting experience with its old forts, date palm groves and 2000-year-old irrigation systems called Falaj, which are still in use.


Afterwards you proceed to Hili gardens, the excavation site of a tomb dating back 3000 B.C. and other archaeological discoveries.
